| Q: How do I join the Interest List?
To join the interest list and learn more about one or multiple Brookfield communities, click “Join Interest List” from the navigation bar on the left side of the screen. Complete all fields provided on the registration form. Required fields are indicated with a red asterisk. Once you have completed all fields, hit “Submit,” and an email confirmation will be sent to your inbox. After you submit your information, you will be prompted to complete a short survey. Completing this information helps us to better tailor communication with you. Please add info@brookfieldsouthland.com to your email address book so that our messages are sure to reach your inbox. Please register with only one email address and one password combination to avoid multiple profiles and confusion at a later date.
Q: How do I establish my priority position?
If you have not done so already, join the Interest List and create your Brookfield profile. If you have visited our site in the past and registered your interest for a community, you can use the same username and password that you created at that time to log on and establish your priority position now. To do so, click on “Join the Interest List” on the navigation bar and complete the form with your email address and a desired password containing at least 8 to 10 characters and at least one number. Be sure to answer every question in the survey. You will be asked to reconfirm both your email address and password on this form. Once you complete the form, hit “Submit” and an email confirmation will be sent to your inbox. We recommend that you save this email with your established password for future reference.
To proceed with establishing your priority position, return to the Sales Procedures page of the desired Brookfield community and follow the step-by-step procedures outlined. Clicking on the hyperlinked phrase “priority form” under Step Two of the community sales procedure page will take you to the seven-question survey needed to establish your priority. Please note that you can only register your priority position one time per community. |

Q. What if I have already joined the Interest List?
If you are already registered in our system (as a prospect, homebuyer, or homeowner), then you will need to click “Update Profile” and enter your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, simply click the hyperlink “Forgot Password” and enter your email address. An email will be sent to your inbox with your private password.
Once you enter the “My Profile” page, you will want to update your communities of interest, showing that you are interested in learning more about a specific Brookfield community. If multiple profiles appear on your “My Profile” page, simply select the profile you wish to edit. Once you have completed your updates, hit “Submit” and return to the Sales Procedures page of the desired Brookfield community.
Q. What if I want to update my profile?
Once you join our interest list, your email address and private password are established in our system and saved for all future visits. You are invited to update your contact information at any time, including your communication preferences and your communities of interest. You do not need to re-register to receive information for different Brookfield communities; one username and password are all you need! If you update your profile to reflect a new, preferred email address and/or change your password, a confirmation email will be sent to you confirming that those changes have been made and are reflected in your profile. You are encouraged to print the confirmation email and refer to it for future visits. We ask that you add BrookfieldSouthland.com to your list of trusted sites so our messages are sure to reach your inbox. Once you have completed your updates, hit “Submit” and return to the Sales Procedures page of the desired Brookfield community. |

Q. How do I access the Establish Priority Form?
Use your email address and private Brookfield password to access the Priority Form on the specified time and date the community’s priority list goes live. To locate this form on our website, first select the community of your choice from the “Find New Homes” section of our site. Next, under Step Two of the Sales Procedures section, simply click on the hyperlinked phrase “Priority Form” to access our online priority form. Completing this form’s seven simple questions will establish your priority on our list. Be sure to complete every field. Hit “Submit” and we will send a confirmation email to your inbox. Once you have submitted your priority registration form for a specific community, you will not be able to priority register for the same community again. |
