Meet Our Designers

It begins with your dreams and desires: the seeds of that better world. The professionals at the Design Center will assist in creating a vision for your new home. They’ll render the figments of your imagination, and blend them with your personal taste and style.

Our designers are experts at confirming and enhancing the stylistic unity in your vision. They’ll make sure the continuity of the rooms is optimal, to complement the flow of your life. Because the beauty of "home" is that it will harmonize with the relationships in your life, creating a seamless synthesis between the world as it should be, and the world as it is.

Pegi Howard, Designer

For Pegi, the most enjoyable aspect of design is working with homebuyers to make their dreams into reality. Creating a beautiful home for a family to share and enjoy is truly a joy for Pegi, who started her career in the design business over 20 years ago.

Shayne Eidlhuber, Designer

“A home is where you seek shelter from the world at the end of the day and it should reflect everything that makes you comfortable. Creating an environment that appeals to your senses while at the same time considers your lifestyle & function is essential. My objective when working with a client is to guide you through the design process and create a home that reflects your style.”

Alice Medina, Designer

“Designing a home is a magical experience. It’s an opportunity to transform an idea into a reality for a homebuyer, and create a masterpiece for them to live in each day.” With over 20 years of experience, Alice believes her exposure to a wide variety of places has enlightened her for a lifetime. She was chosen as the National Circle of Excellence Winner at Ethan Allan and was a design consultant for the TV show “Homes and Hideaways.”

Darcy MacDonald, Designer

In the words of a great architect, “a house is a machine to live in.” All machines must function for the intended use. As a designer, I feel it’s most important for me to design each and every house for the lifestyle of the buyer. A house must function first, and then add the decorative details that make a wonderful home.

Terri Fischer, Designer

“The most rewarding part of my job is to see a homebuyer get excited about the finishes and elements I have designed for their new home. I strive to determine the buyer’s individual needs and incorporate those requirements into the overall design, ultimately producing a home that is both functional and beautiful. My goal is to help turn their new house into a home that they enjoy returning to at the end of each day.”
