We have recently updated the online service request process to better accommodate our homeowners' needs. The new preferred method for all online service request submissions is via the "My Brookfield Home" page. This method ensures a properly documented request and allows our team to better respond to service requests. In addition, it allows you to review the current status of any previously submitted requests and provides access to other helpful information that was not previously available online.
As a Brookfield Enthusiast, we encourage you to log on to your personal portal via the "My Brookfield Home" page. By entering your email address and password, you can access information that is specifically tailored for your Brookfield home including making online service requests. Once you've logged on to the "My Brookfield Home" page, simply select "Customer Care" from the navigation bar at the left and then the "Submit Request" page to log your service request.
Additionally, if you would prefer to submit your service request via fax, you can do so by completing our service request form and faxing it to
