Just BE — The Brookfield Enthusiast
Once you've bought a Brookfield home, you officially become a Brookfield Enthusiast, which gives you access to a personal website that provides information just for you on the specifics of your new home, construction schedule and timeline, personal option selections, photos, and more. You'll also receive the Brookfield Enthusiast newsletter, special announcements, and VIP invitations to select Brookfield events.

BE ² — The Silver Enthusiast
As a second-time Brookfield homebuyer, you become a Silver Enthusiast which entitles you to additional benefits beyond Brookfield Enthusiasts, such as advance pre-sale opportunities, a 10% discount on all upgrade and customizing selections at the Brookfield Design Studio, and an added year on your new home fit-and-finish warranty.

BE ³ — The True Blue Enthusiast
True Blue Enthusiasts are third-time-plus homebuyers at the top of the program who receive advance priority purchasing opportunities, a 15% discount on all upgrade and customizing selections at the Brookfield Design Studio, two bonus years on your new home fit-and-finish warranty, as well as comprehensive moving services to assist with the move into your third Brookfield home.
