According to Juanito, Ruth’s husband, the timing of their first home couldn’t have been better. “It’s a buyer’s market and fortunately, we were able to use Brookfield’s builder incentives and the Federal tax credit. Not to mention, Colony Park’s home prices are very attractive,” he said.

Although we don’t see each other every day because of work, living in the same community makes communication and family bonding very easy.”
