PAY LESS --- GET MORE --- AT EDENGLEN!

ONTARIO, CA – Right now, reduced tax rates combined with all sorts of new homebuyer programs are helping to increase homeshoppers’ buying power and provide them more value for their dollars at the brand new community of Edenglen in Ontario.

“While other residential neighborhoods are offering reductions and special deals, nothing can beat the incredible homebuyer values at Edenglen,” said Brookfield Homes President Adrian Foley, master developer of Edenglen. “You need to see all that Edenglen offers to truly appreciate its incredible value. Come tour the 18 model homes at Edenglen today, walk through the clubhouse, relax on the wraparound porch, and discover how you can make this new place your new hometown.”

According to Foley, the property tax rate for homes at Edenglen has been reduced to between 1.2% and 1.4% per neighborhood, which equates to an approximate reduction in annual home costs of between $1,400 and $4,000 per neighborhood. (Area competitor tax rates currently average between 1.7% and 1.9 % per neighborhood.) In addition, Edenglen’s homebuilders are offering special financing programs to help lower monthly payments. And, there’s even sales assistance programs to help interested parties sell their existing homes. Plus, now preparing to debut is a special Live/Work program designed to encourage homeownership among people working in Ontario yet living elsewhere.

“All of these programs combined with the amazing list of community facilities and amenities now open help make Edenglen a ‘not to miss’ value here in Ontario,” said Foley. “You really need to see Edenglen to believe it. Nowhere else is such a place found in Ontario that embraces the classic character of some of the more established, traditional neighborhoods --- all within a community rich in modern conveniences.”

Showcasing Edenglen and situated in the heart of the community is Pinheiro Park, complete with a central park and clubhouse, resort-like swimming pool, toddler pool, pool pavilion, an outdoor amphitheatre, playgrounds and tot lots, half basketball courts and outdoor picnic areas with barbeques.

The Clubhouse, with its wraparound porch overlooking Pinheiro Park, is perfect for family and community gatherings, offering a media lounge, game room, and multipurpose room. Photovoltaic (solar) panels help diffuse electrical costs in the clubhouse and pool pavilion.

Also planned for Edenglen are several neighborhood pocket parks, a bark park and a network of trails which will eventually connect to other communities and commercial centers.

“The amenities bring a value to Edenglen that is immeasurable,” said Foley. “We are building a true community --- not just a collection of houses. And, we recognized that our homeshoppers may need some assistance to afford the home of their dreams. That’s why we’ve created this unique package of programs. The lifestyle Edenglen offers is a very special one---one that cherishes tradition yet is setting the tone for Ontario’s future. Come see it --- experience it --- and fall in love with it.”

Edenglen encompassed five different yet interconnected neighborhoods of homes offered in a wide range of styles including garden court condominiums, classically designed townhomes and single-family and executive style residences. The homes of Edenglen are designed in such architectural styles as Traditional, Spanish Colonial, Bungalow, Territorial Ranch, Monterey, Spanish, and Cottage. The homes feature front porches, recessed garages, balconies and courtyards, windows framed in shutters, planter boxes and other special treatments, a diversity of colors and other authentic and traditional touches.

“It’s truly a great time to buy at Edenglen! In fact, Edenglen has an exclusive Founders program for its first phase homebuyers,” said Foley. “Come tour the model homes and ask about the program that best meets your needs.”

Home shoppers are invited to tour the five new neighborhoods with pricing from the low $300,000s to the mid $700,000s. To learn more about Edenglen, visit www.edenglen.com.
