BROOKFIELD HOMES TO CELEBRATE GRAND OPENING OF VANTAGE, DIAMOND BAR'S MOST EXCLUSIVE NEW ADDRESS

DIAMOND BAR, CA – Home buyers will get their first look at Diamond Bar’s most exclusive new address on Saturday, July 1, when Brookfield Homes celebrates the grand opening of Vantage, a private gated community of charming single-family homes and luxurious attached townhomes.

Highlighting the grand opening will be the debut of beautifully decorated model homes that showcase the community’s detached-home collection, Vantage Terrace. These architecturally distinctive two-story residences feature unique rear- and side-access garages and living areas ranging from approximately 1,416 to 1,920 square feet, including three to four bedrooms and two and one-half to three baths. Prices start in the $600,000s Introduced by intriguing Andalusian Farmhouse -, Spanish Colonial - and Santa Barbara architecture, the residences of Vantage Terrace are highlighted by traditional living and dining rooms, convenience-oriented kitchens with roomy pantries and elegant master suites with large walk-in closets.

Appointments are of the finest caliber. Heading the list are granite kitchen countertops, Frigidaire stainless steel appliances, Kohler sinks, tubs and faucets, and two-car garages providing direct access and additional storage. In addition, masonry side-yard walls maximize privacy between homes, and US Tec structured pre-wiring accommodates four phone lines, cable TV, high-speed computer data transmission and additional video capabilities.

In varying plans, a private bedroom and bath or a handy tech center share the first floor.

The centerpiece of each home’s upper level is a sumptuous master suite with expansive walk-in closet and luxurious bath with oval tub and separate shower. A second bedroom also has its own private bath, and select plans also offer a secluded study or library.

Residents of both Vantage Terrace and Vantage Luxury Townhomes will enjoy recreation and relaxation at the Vantage Club.
