EDENGLEN TO DEBUT NEXT WEEKEND AT ONTARIO’S NEW MODEL COLONY

ONTARIO, CA — New home! New community! New lifestyle! It all begins next weekend with the much-anticipated grand opening of model homes at Edenglen, the first community to debut within Ontario’s New Model Colony. Edenglen offers the chance of a lifetime to make your new-home dreams come true in the prestigious community that will set the tone for all the communities to follow. Grand opening festivities will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. next Saturday, April 28. Families are invited for live music, refreshments and model home tours.

Edenglen is planned to offer a total of 542 homes, whose thoughtfully conceived designs and fine craftsmanship will pay homage to Ontario’s historic downtown neighborhoods. The new community’s diverse architectural styles will include Traditional, Spanish Colonial, Bungalow, Territorial Ranch, Monterey, Spanish, and Cottage-inspired designs.

Complementing the timeless architecture, the homes of Edenglen will be appointed with many of today’s most sought-after lifestyle amenities for everyday elegance, comfort and convenience. Homes will be nestled along tree-lined streets, with garages positioned in along rear driveways. Old-fashioned lamplights also will contribute to the charming neighborhood design.

Also part of Edenglen’s thoughtful planned design, Pinheiro Park will be “relaxation central” for residents and their guests.
