EDENGLEN ROCKS AT PINHEIRO PARK

Ontario, CA— It’s a toe-tapping, hand-clapping introduction to spring at the master-planned community of Edenglen in Ontario—where everyone is invited to move to the groove or simply soak up the beautiful sights and sounds of a festive afternoon of music in the park.

“The residents of Edenglen love to gather and celebrate the approach of summer,” shares Adrian Foley, President of Brookfield Southland. “And because our concert event was such a great success last year, we wanted to invite the public to join us. The band is great and we feel confident that this year will be every bit as fun as it was last year.”

Guests will first want to tour the stylish Edenglen models and then are encouraged to join friends and residents at Pinheiro Park on Saturday, April 4th from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for “Rock the Lawn,” a popular community event where folks will be treated to the musical talents of “The Trip,” Southern California’s #1 cover band. It’s a great, inexpensive way to enjoy the afternoon for families of every age and stage. Simply bring a blanket and snap open your lawn chairs and let the music move you. Ice cream treats will be available for just $1 and the concert is free.

“Events like these are the perfect opportunity to introduce Edenglen in Ontario to home shoppers for its wonderful hometown charm and appeal,” comments Foley. “The Edenglen community is really an exceptional deal when you consider its beautiful homes, convenient location and generous amenities. And with its reasonable pricing from the mid $200,000s to the $500,000s, it’s easy to see why so many home shoppers are now eagerly planning to call Edenglen home.”

Friendly neighborhoods, tree-lined streets, and spacious lawns and parks are the finer points that developer Brookfield Homes refers to as its commitment to “Style, Warmth and Details.” Brookfield Homes’ promise of comfort and sophistication are also clearly apparent in their homes with open floorplans, stainless steel kitchen appliances, lavish bathrooms and spacious garages, while each recreational spot—whether it is a walking path or quiet park bench—inspires a sense of peace and community.

“Brookfield Homes’ is very proud of what they have accomplished at Edenglen in Ontario. Every feature of this community, to the smallest detail, has been precisely crafted for the comfort and pleasure of its residents,” shares Foley. “It is the kind of lifestyle that so many aspire to. It’s a little slice of the American dream.”

Finally, there is The Clubhouse—a resort-like facility that treats residents to a TV lounge, a lively game room featuring classic arcade games and an impressive wraparound porch.

Edenglen commuters can count on convenient access to freeways for jobs in Los Angeles, Orange and Riverside counties. There is shopping at Ontario Mills and Victoria Gardens and many opportunities for fine and casual dining and entertainment close by. Colony High School is even within walking distance.

Edenglen features numerous Wi-Fi hotspots in several key locations, allowing for easy, on-the-go Internet access. And residents can also take advantage of the community’s state-of-the-art fiber optics network, expected to offer advanced video, high-speed data and digital telephone capabilities.
