ANAHEIM, CA. — Brookfield Homes Southland’s signature combination of style, warmth, and details has once again put the builder at the top of the MAME (Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence) Awards this year. Brookfield Southland further impressed the MAME judges this year with two innovative corporate marketing campaigns that share the company’s unique vision and passion for homebuilding with their Brookfield enthusiasts, trade partners, and local community. The company earned a Best Brochure nomination for its artistic, fashion-forward “Look Book,” which was recently honored with a Gold Award at the 2007 Nationals Awards on February 7 in Orlando, Florida. It also garnered a Best Direct Mail nomination for its “Just Be” newsletters and other direct mail materials, which cultivates Brookfield brand loyalty and offered lifestyle tips.

Last year, the builder’s Cienega was honored as Best Attached Community of the Year and Verdi was honored as Best Detached Community of the Year at the 2005 MAME Awards, marking the third year in a row Brookfield received two of the program’s most coveted awards.
