Rick Cuoco, Chief Financial Officer and Vice President - Land Acquisition

As Vice President – Land Acquisition, Cuoco is responsible for the strategic placement of Brookfield’s acquisition dollars and the development of new business opportunities for Brookfield’s merchant, land, and infill development business. Highly regarded by his peers, Cuoco has directed the land acquisition department since his appointment in 2001. With over 20 years in the real estate industry, Cuoco has held positions with other leading homebuilders in Land Acquisition and Project Management, and has spent an extended period of time in banking, lending, and financial services with a major California bank.

In July 2007 the position of CFO was added to Cuoco’s title and management duties were expanded to include financial reporting, corporate budgets, asset management and cash flow projections as well as the overall management of the Finance and Accounting department.
