Frank Fullerton’s position as Brookfield Southland’s Vice President of Construction is one he is truly proud to hold. For Frank, his sense of fulfillment is not only rooted in 40 years of professional accomplishments, but also in the fact that he’s invested the last seven years of his career at a company that shares his commitment to family. As a husband, father of three, and grandfather of six, Frank understands the importance of keeping family in mind during the construction of every Brookfield neighborhood, because when it comes down to it, home and family go hand and hand. He leads his team with his own brand of enthusiastic passion, ensuring that his warmth and sensibilities are reflected in the craftsmanship of every inviting Brookfield community.
As a licensed Responsible Managing Officer (RMO) at Brookfield Southland, Frank not only oversees physical construction, but he also presides over estimating and buying activities, as well as warranty and customer care obligations. All of his responsibilities are essential to the success of Brookfield, but above all, Frank knows that devoted customer care is at the top of the list.

Frank has been an integral member of Brookfield Southland for seven years. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Finance from USC. Currently, he is a member of the Building Industry Association and is past Director for both the Homebuilders’ Council and the Mardan Center of Educational Therapy.
